How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Winprocesses Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Winprocesses Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Winprocesses Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, hand out refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.
How to File
Email contact@winprocesses.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Comes Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
